దేశాన్ని బొగ్గు సంక్షోభం కుదిపేస్తోంది. వివిధ రాష్ట్రాల్లో బొగ్గు నిల్వలు నిండుకోవడంతో ప్లాంట్లు ఒక్కొక్కటిగా మూతపడుతున్నాయి.వీటికి తోడు ఇతరత్రా కారణాలతో కూడా ప్లాంట్లు మూతపడుతున్న నేపథ్యంలో కేంద్రం రంగంలోకి దిగి చర్యలు చేపడుతోంది. ఇందులో భాగంగా గతంలో ఉన్న మార్గదర్శకాలకు సవరణలు చేయడంతో పాటు కొత్తగా వెసులుబాట్లు కూడా ప్రకటిస్తోంది.
